How do I return an item?   Any unwanted items can be returned for full refund (minus postage) if returned in same condition as sold and returned within 14 days . Return postage is payable by buyer. please return to our office address as below  Damaged or faulty items please email us immediately regarding these and we can refund or replace .  address for returns -Cochise Cottage , 4 Rogate Road , Hillbrow , Liss , Hants , GU33 7QP . please note we are not currently registered for VAT.
